HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Williamsburg Hospitality House in Williamsburg, Virginia, for conference attendees at per diem rate of $82.00/night plus tax, single occupancy, or $92.00/night plus tax, double occupancy. The Williamsburg Hospitality House is located two blocks from the historic area of Colonial Williamsburg, across the street from the College of William and Mary and within short driving distance of historic Jamestown and Yorktown.
To make reservations, call the hotel directly at 1-800-932-9192 and inform them that you are attending the “Standoff Detection Conference.” The deadline for reservations is 23 September 2006. After that date, the discounted rate may no longer apply and reservations will be accepted based on space availability.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express or Discover Card). Guests are required to present a valid credit card upon check-in unless prior credit approval has been obtained from the hotel. If you need to cancel your reservation, The Williamsburg Hospitality House requires 72 hours notice or one night’s room rate will be charged.
