Please submit a 250-500 word abstract of the technical paper in Microsoft Word. Abstracts should include title, description of the content, conclusions and significance of the proposed presentation, as well as authors’ name(s) (indicating presenter), affiliation, address, phone/fax numbers and email address. All abstracts selected for presentation must be cleared for public release with unlimited distribution. Please note: Your abstract will not be included in the printed digest if your clearance is not received before 2 October 2006.

Authors will be notified of their acceptance by 29 September 2006. Abstracts selected for presentation will be printed in an abstract digest to be distributed to participants at the conference.

Conference Proceedings

Full-length papers for inclusion in the proceedings will be due on the first day of the conference, in electronic format. Specific instructions for manuscript preparation and submission will be provided at the conference web site.

Proceedings will be published in CD-ROM format and provided to each attendee by mail after the Conference.
